As a continuation of InnerWorkings’ on-going work, The North Face looked to inwk to produce an engaging, interactive and unique retail experience to ensure customers leave its Milan store inspired to carry out the brand’s mission – “Never Stop Exploring.”

By focusing on community, engagement, and digital integration, the new store concept encourages shoppers to delve deeper into The North Face brand, the explorer community, and the new 2014 collections.

Specifically for The North Face store in Milan, in less than four weeks InnerWorkings re-engineered, developed, produced and installed the store’s perimeter system and floor units as well as added digital projections and several interactive community hubs.
